The whole scope moves in those mounts and you can push it back and forth, but it still maintains zero.īut that is why there are stops on the scope. Otherwise the adjustments are not internal. These are those early scopes where the tubes are fixed, and to adjust elevation or windage, the whole scope moves in the mount.
Depending on how the scope is zero'd, it is possible the bolt will hit the scope when you open it. Your scope came without the spring to return it to battery, or is it just optional to use one?The Marines chose not to order the springs on the Unertls scopes.
